As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you are empowered to influence outcomes in the backbone of the American economy that ultimately, even in the age of AI, still comes down to good people doing honest work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with product, design, operations, and engineering to create our outreach and rollout plans for some of our most important features with our users.
  • As part of the product development lifecycle, you will test new capabilities, learn, and influence the product/engineering team to update the roadmap, and scale it through software.
  • Contribute to company OKRs, having a firm grasp on key operational metrics to maintain & grow the health of our customer base.
  • Lead ad-hoc special projects, working alongside stakeholders in cross-functional teams (ie. finance, marketing, sales, product, and customer support).
  • Run analyses on launched features to determine next steps.
  • Provide feedback on the user experience to our product and engineering teams.
  • Manage our community of the best professionals on our platform to drive meaningful engagement.
  • Stay up to speed on the priorities and coming product launches of your assigned product development teams.

Who You Are:

  • Product Experience: 5+ years of Product Operations experience delivering highly successful and innovative products that you're deeply proud of but still wish were a little bit better.
  • Intellectually curious: Excited at the opportunity to drive the company forward by tackling the most critical challenge.
  • An AI enthusiast: You’re up to date on the latest AI technology and have been trying out different tools that help give builders superpowers.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, UiPath or Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills and experience defining and understanding A/B testing, funnel analysis, and go-to-market playbooks.
  • Able to understand when to use your strong analytical skills and when to use your qualitative user empathy skills to solve problems.
  • Technically proficient: You have written at least one line of code that worked, and are very comfortable with SQL and/or other data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves up to accomplish tasks, as well as strategic thinking at a high level.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience as a Team Lead. Driving team performance, streamlining Product Ops working processes in order to maximize the team’s impact.
  • Experience working on growth teams and / or marketplace businesses.

For CA based applicants:

  • The base salary for this position is $130,000 - $200,000
  • This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options
