Network Marketing Specialist

Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Network Marketing professional who has hands-on experience building, managing, and scaling pyramid-based distribution networks. The ideal candidate has worked with established direct-selling organizations such as Amway, Tupperware, Modicare, Avon/Avalon, or similar MLM companies and understands distributor-led growth at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor data collectors and leaders across levels
- Drive network activation, engagement, and retention
- Design and execute incentive structures, commissions, and performance programs
- Monitor network performance metrics and optimize growth strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and direct-selling regulations
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in network marketing / MLM / direct selling models
- Prior work experience with companies like Amway, Tupperware, Modicare, Avon/Avalon, or similar organizations
Demonstrated success in building large distributor networks
- High energy, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with both field work and strategic planning

- Experience launching new markets or products through MLM channels
- Strong regional influence and network
