StreetFair simplifies the process of hiring service professionals for homeowners. Our platform connects homeowners with top-rated service pros in their neighborhoods, ensuring higher trust, better prices, and greater route density. Homeowners can see which businesses will be doing work in their neighborhood on any given week, see how many times they've been hired, and view neighbors' recommendations. StreetFair is a Craft Ventures-backed company recently raising $6.8m in a seed round overseen by investors such as David Sacks, formerly of PayPal and Yammer, and Jeff Fluhr, formerly of StubHub.

2. Role Description
This is a full-time sales/supply role. You will be responsible for driving market supply growth (Bringing home service businesses onto the app), building customer relationships, conducting demos, and managing sales operations. This can involve making about 30 calls per day. We are currently in 3 markets, Dallas, Raleigh, and Charlotte. We are about to expand to Nashville. We don't care where you work, as long as you are ready to build the best home service marketplace ever built.

4. What You'll Do
- Utilize a sales pipeline to balance outreach and inbound requests to onboard companies
- Show service providers how the platform works during onboarding Zooms and Google Meets
- Warm-call many companies in the sales funnel at an optimized time (we have really good analytics) to convert them into on-platform service providers
- Contribute to team growth strategy as we expand into new markets
5. Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (you will have to make calls/zooms with providers)
- Hard-working (not a cliche - you will be rewarded for hard work. Startups are hard. There are plenty of 9-5 jobs out there)
- Tech interest / using AI to solve problems
- Self-motivated, competitive
- Willing to fail. Willing to learn
- Having experience with CRMs such as Hubspot would be nice
6. Pay
- Base pay is $50k with on-target earnings of $60k (should be easily hit)
- Uncapped commission well into six figures.
