Play a key role in accelerating growth across two high‑impact global portfolios: Health Ingredients and Solid Oral Dosage Form (SODF) solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic product marketer to influence innovation and shape how cutting‑edge solutions reach customers worldwide.

What you will do
Lead global product marketing strategies for Health Ingredients and SODF platforms, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
Develop impactful marketing content across digital, print, and technical formats (e.g., website copy, brochures, white papers, case studies).
Partner with product management to convert product roadmaps and technical features into compelling customer‑facing materials.
Collaborate closely with global sales and marketing teams to deliver sales enablement tools and launch campaigns that drive adoption and revenue growth.
Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic insights.
Support and guide product managers in shaping go‑to‑market strategies and lifecycle planning.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, resource allocation, and performance analytics using data‑driven decision‑making.
What we are looking for
5–8 years of B2B product marketing experience in pharma, CDMO, nutraceuticals, or specialty ingredients.
Strong capability in developing go‑to‑market strategies, content creation, and competitive analysis.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging marketing messages.
Demonstrated success collaborating with cross‑functional teams including R&D, regulatory, sales, and product management.
Experience tracking KPIs and optimizing campaign performance using analytics and insights.
Proven ability to manage budgets and coordinate external vendors or agencies.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences, business, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
Must reside within commuting distance of a CHI site: Tampa, FL; Greenwood, SC; Morristown, NJ; or Cohasset, MN.
Travel up to 30% required.
