Your Role
We are seeking a clinically trained sonographer to operate at the intersection of product, clinical practice, and commercialization. This role serves as the clinical and segment authority within the marketing organization, ensuring our solutions are grounded in real-world workflows, clinically credible, and positioned in a way that resonates with end users.
You will translate clinical insight into product requirements, use-case definition, and clinically relevant narratives that support successful go-to-market execution. Partnering closely with Marketing, R&D, and Sales, you will play a critical role in connecting product innovation to clinical reality and adoption.
This is not a pure upstream product role. It is a hands-on, execution-focused position with ownership of clinical insight, segment expertise, and real-world validation.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Clinical Insight and Product Input
- Serve as clinical expert for key segments such as Aesthetics, MSK, and Primary Care
- Develop deep understanding of clinical workflows and user needs
- Gather voice of customer insights and identify unmet needs
- Translate clinical insights into product requirements and use cases
- Partner with Product and R and D to ensure clinical relevance
Go To Market Support
- Define clinical workflows and use cases for go to market strategies
- Partner with Marketing on positioning and messaging
- Provide segment insight to support targeting and adoption
Clinical Content and Accuracy
- Ensure clinical accuracy across marketing and sales materials
- Review ultrasound imaging and clinical content
- Contribute to case studies, educational content, and webinars
Sales Enablement and Field Support
- Equip commercial teams with clinically credible messaging
- Support training initiatives and product education
- Bridge marketing messaging and real world clinical application
KOL and Market Engagement
- Build relationships with clinicians and key opinion leaders
- Support advisory boards and product validation programs
- Provide clinical perspective internally and externally
Clinical Validation and Feedback
- Evaluate new features and workflows
- Provide structured feedback before and after launch
- Support continuous product improvement
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Registered Sonographer or previously registered
- 2 plus years of hands on clinical scanning experience
- Point of care ultrasound experience preferred
- Experience in product marketing, product management, or clinical education is considered an asset
- Experience in MSK, Primary Care, Aesthetics, or POCUS preferred
- Experience creating clinical or educational content strongly preferred

Location, Travel and Compensation:
This is a remote role, ideally based within commutable distance of our Vancouver, BC office for occasional onsite collaboration. Salary range is $110,000 - $130,000 CAD, with travel expected at around 25%.
