We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Marketing Scientist to bridge the gap between data science, product development, and marketing strategy. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights, experimentation, and statistical modeling to guide product positioning, optimize marketing performance, and influence product growth decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative expertise with a deep understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for product marketing and growth strategies
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
  • Develop predictive models to understand customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value
  • Partner with product, marketing, and data engineering teams to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion, retention, and engagement
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Support pricing strategies, market analysis, and competitive intelligence initiatives
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track product and campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities for automation and data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or product analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical toolsSolid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization
  • Familiarity with product metrics and marketing performance indicators
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working in product-led or growth-focused organizations

  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative discipline
