Creative Project Manager

Project manage the full video production process - from initial design to polished final content

Conduct interviews remotely, coaching subjects getting into the technical details on setup (e.g. framing the subject) and ask curious and thoughtful follow-up questions

Translate client needs and feedback into story arcs and apply them to subject interviews and edited videos

Create video rough cuts and instructions for editors

Communicate with clients, our team, and outside freelance talent to achieve tight video deadlines

Provide editors and freelancers with ongoing feedback, QAQC, and guide post-production according to Laudable and client brand standards

Maintain and improve an effective and efficient production process

Enjoy creating organized processes and workflows

Be confident cutting scripts and distilling 20-30 minutes of content into impactful 2 minute videos

Have an eye for detail and are a stickler for design standards

Have the emotional intelligence to run an interview with subjects of varying ages, industries, backgrounds, and technical abilities, making them feel at ease and comfortable

Be familiar with the B2B, tech, and SaaS worlds

Be comfortable working solo and able to think quick on your feet

Have produced video content and know how to manage / communicate with creative talent

Be familiar with the Adobe suite and editing software and best practices

Are tech savvy - you pick up new software quickly, and you're comfortable in Asana, Airtable, Slack, Typeform, and maybe even Zapier.
