We developed the first Domain Specific Language (DSL) for fully representing regulatory requirements in AI code. This DSL, deployed with our enterprise platform, enables Norm clients to transform workflows and apply compliance checks at the source of business activities.
By building and deploying Government-Grade Regulatory AI, we are setting the norms for compliance processes at the largest institutions in the world, and laying the groundwork for the deployment of AI agents more broadly in highly regulated workflows. Our client base includes firms with a combined $17 Trillion in AUM, and growing quickly.
Our Software Engineers came from Palantir, Google, Meta, AWS, Harvard, Stanford, and MIT. Our Legal Engineers are from Harvard Law, Stanford Law, Yale Law, Sullivan & Cromwell, Simpson Thacher, Davis Polk, Greenberg Traurig, the SEC, and FINRA.
We have raised capital over the past 18 months from Vanguard, Blackstone, Bain Capital, Coatue, Craft Ventures, New York Life, Citi, TIAA, Larry Summers, and Marc Benioff.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join as our first hire in this function. You will provide administrative support to company leadership and play a key role in ensuring our executives operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities

Calendar Management:
Manage and optimize complex calendars for one or more busy executives
Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively prioritize commitments

Communication Support:
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on requests
Manage, prioritize, and triage incoming messages and correspondence
Draft and edit communications on behalf of executives as needed
Develop a strong understanding of Norm Ai’s business priorities and how they relate to day-to-day decisions

Meeting and Event Coordination:
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, and capturing and distributing meeting minutes as needed
Support planning and execution of events such as conferences and team offsites

Travel Arrangements:
Arrange travel for executives, including flights, accommodations, dining, and transportation
Prepare and manage travel itineraries and any related documentation

Administrative Support:
Support office operations such as ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, and keeping common areas well-stocked and organized
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support executive effectiveness
Skills & Experience - Core
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience as an EA or similar role supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a resourceful mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn new tools
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proactive in identifying and improving inefficient processes
Comfortable navigating changing priorities and ambiguity
Skills & Experience - Pluses

$110,000 - $145,000 a year
The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills (as uncovered during the interview process), experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed here reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits. We offer a competitive salary along with equity compensation.
