About the Role

As Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Core Solutions, you will own how our flagship offerings, Regulated Content Review and DDQ & RFP Completion, show up in the market. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, and the broader GTM team, you will craft differentiated narratives, lead high-impact launches, and equip our go-to-market teams to win. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has strong narrative instincts, and knows how to work across go-to-market teams to drive measurable impact.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Refine Product Messaging & Positioning: Partner cross-functionally to develop and test messaging for key products, industries, and personas. You test and validate messaging with customer insights and feedback.

  • Drive Launches & Adoption: Partner with Product to shape and execute go-to-market plans for new product releases - defining launch success metrics, packaging, and internal/external comms.

  • Sales Enablement: Create enterprise‑grade decks, one‑pagers, demos, and FAQs to improve sales performance. Regularly train AEs and Solutions Engineers on new narratives, objection handling, and more.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: For core solutions, build and maintain win‑/loss insights, competitor battlecards, and positioning frameworks that sharpen our edge in every deal.

  • Narrative & Campaigns: Collaborate with Brand and Demand Gen on high‑signal market moments, reports, webinars, conference storylines, that expand pipeline and thought leadership.

  • Solution Performance: Track adoption, revenue contribution, and customer feedback; recommend GTM and product tweaks to hit growth targets.

Who You Are (Skills & Experience):

  • Enterprise Product Marketing: 4-6+ years leading enterprise B2B product marketing in SaaS or AI; owned complex launches at high‑growth, sales‑led companies.

  • Storyteller: Strong narrative instincts with the ability to simplify complexity without losing substance.

  • Big Deals, High Stakes: Experience with high-ACV, multi-threaded deals. Track record of producing enablement and sales assets that actually get used and closed deals.

  • Data‑driven & customer‑obsessed: Use customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and sales feedback to shape positioning, not just instinct.

  • Collaborative & influential: Comfortable collaborating across Product, Sales, and execs with the judgment to influence without authority.

  • Client-Ready: Concise writer and confident presenter trusted in executive and client-facing contexts.

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with multi‑product or platform GTM models.

  • Background in AI or regulated industries (LegalTech, FinTech, InsurTech)

  • Prior experience working in consulting, investment banking, or other fast paced environments.

  • Demonstrated success using AI in your day-to-day workflow.

What Success Looks Like - 30 days

  • You can clearly and confidently explain Norm’s core solutions, how they work, where they win, and how they fit into the broader platform.

  • You deliver a small set of high-impact assets or talk tracks that directly support active deals.

  • You work closely with Product to understand the near-term roadmap and co-develop clear plans for how upcoming releases will be positioned and taken to market. Messaging, timing, and required assets are aligned ahead of launch, with shared clarity on what is ready to go external.

What Success Looks Like - 60 days

  • You deliver competitive guidance, objection handling, and deal support materials that help the field win complex, multi-threaded FSI deals.

  • You translate customer usage into at least one strong proof point or case study that demonstrates why Norm is trusted in regulated environments and what changes for customers after adoption.

  • You lead launch preparation and execution for a core release, ensuring messaging, enablement, and external communications are aligned and ready when the product ships.

Comp and Benefits

$185,000-$215,000 a year plus equity.


The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills (as uncovered during the interview process), experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed here reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits. We offer a competitive salary along with equity compensation.
