About the opportunity

Embark on a transformative journey with Northspyre as the trailblazer in the Enterprise Sector. As the inaugural hire in this domain, you will be the driving force behind establishing our footprint and pioneering strategies that will shape our expansion into uncharted territory.

This isn't merely a job; it's an invitation to lead the charge and redefine the sales landscape. Beyond traditional roles, this person will be a strategic partner, collaborating with visionary real estate professionals, introducing them to our platform, and reshaping their industry. The frontier awaits — be our first Enterprise Account Executive and make history.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Pioneer the Enterprise Sector: As Northspyre's inaugural hire in the enterprise sector, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and strategies, setting the stage for our expansion into this new frontier.
  • Market Exploration: Lead the charge in identifying and exploring new segments within the enterprise market for sales opportunities. Conduct thorough market research, pinpointing areas of potential growth, and proactively assess challenges unique to each segment.
  • Strategic Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct extensive prospecting and outreach efforts, orchestrating daily discovery meetings to build and nurture key relationships in new segments.
  • Product-Market Assessment: Utilize your industry and product knowledge to assess the compatibility and alignment between our offerings and the unique needs of the enterprise sector, ensuring a seamless fit based on your expertise.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Be a strategic leader and work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to fine-tune, operate, and drive high-growth B2B SaaS sales machines, specifically tailored for the enterprise sector.
  • Playbook Development: Create and refine comprehensive playbooks for enterprise sales, leveraging your expertise to craft a tailored blueprint for success in this specific market.
  • Educate and Innovate: Guide enterprise-level real estate professionals on harnessing the power of automation and data analytics to create unparalleled value for their businesses, revolutionizing their operations.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a strategic thought partner and consultant for C-suite leaders throughout the sales engagement process, pioneering innovation in the real estate sector, akin to the advancements knowledge-based industries like finance made 5-8 years ago.
  • Ownership and Achievement: Set and surpass an annual individual quota exceeding $2M by effectively managing inbound and self-sourced enterprise leads. Navigate the sales journey from qualification, through consensus building, to successful closure.
  • Evolution of Best Practices: Lead the charge in championing and evolving industry best practices in qualification, mid-funnel, and closing techniques, ensuring the development of a repeatable, scalable sales machine.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the CEO, Head of Sales, Product, and the marketing team to contribute to the evolution of Northspyre's cutting-edge sales organization structure, processes, and best practices.

Must Haves:

  • Proven Enterprise Sales Experience: A track record of at least 3+ years in enterprise sales, with a focus on B2B SaaS or related enterprise-level solutions, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
  • Revenue Generation Prowess: Proven success in generating revenue from scratch or with minimal resources.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a knack for thinking outside the box and embody an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Enterprise Vertical Building Experience: Proven experience in building enterprise verticals, either at a startup or in earlier/later stages with added verticals.
  • Positive Drive: An unwaveringly positive attitude, boundless energy, and a results-driven mindset, motivating you to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Independent and Accountable: Strong track record of operating independently, running projects, and taking accountability for outcomes.
  • Consultative Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth sales discovery and follow a consultative sales process, building trust and value with enterprise-level clients.
  • Effective Communication: Outstanding persuasive communication skills, coupled with persistence in follow-up, enabling you to build lasting relationships and close deals.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment, exhibiting resilience in the face of change and the agility to adapt to evolving market dynamics.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen related to product pricing, customer profitability, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Attention to Detail: An innate attention to detail, coupled with a commitment to upholding high standards, ensuring the accuracy and quality of your work.
  • Relevant Education: A Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, underpinning your knowledge and expertise.
