About the role
At Quo, we’re building the modern business phone. One that helps teams communicate better, move faster, and never miss an opportunity. We believe sales teams shouldn’t waste time on manual work or clunky systems when AI and automation can do the heavy lifting.
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead our SMB Inbound team (Product Specialists). In this role, you’ll guide a small but mighty team that manages ~4,000 inbound leads per quarter. Product Specialists handle massive lead volume, balancing speed with quality, and represent one of our most important revenue engines.
As their leader, you’ll focus on coaching, building scalable processes, and applying automation where it creates leverage; helping the team convert faster and with more polish while developing reps into future AEs. You’ll report directly into the Director of Sales, New Business, and your work will directly shape how Quo grows our inbound funnel.

Some of the things you’ll do:
- Lead and coach a team of 3–4 Product Specialists working high-volume inbound leads. Provide hands-on coaching through 1:1s, live call reviews, and real-time feedback on qualification, follow-up, objection handling, and close tactics.
- Develop future AEs by building career development paths, enabling reps to progress into AE roles with structured training and clear milestones.
- Build repeatable, scalable processes by testing playbooks, workflows, and messaging across the inbound funnel. Bring a builder’s mindset to refining what works and discarding what doesn’t.
- Apply automation where it creates leverage. Experiment with AI tools and CRM insights to free reps for high-impact customer moments while ensuring the right balance of human touch.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to refine lead routing, optimize inbound follow-up, and ensure the customer voice influences roadmap and GTM strategy.
- Hold a high bar for customer experience, ensuring consistency and professionalism across every interaction.
About you:
- Analytical: You thrive on funnel data, spotting conversion gaps and trends, and using insights to drive improvements.
- Ops-minded: You instinctively build structure, processes, and playbooks that scale.
- AI/automation first: You use automation as the default, with sharp instincts for where human touch matters.
- Inspirational coach: You elevate and motivate your team, making reps proactive and polished.
- 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in a high-volume inbound B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success as both a seller and leader—you’ve carried a quota, closed deals, and built high-performing teams.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing sales reps into stronger performers.
- Strong communicator and collaborator: You align stakeholders quickly and model accountability in a remote-first setting.
- Professional rigor: You set a high bar for accountability, clarity, and polish in both internal and external interactions.
- Bonus: Experience managing both full-time employees and BPO partners, balancing quality with scale.
Compensation
The range for total OTE for this position is as follow, plus equity and benefits:
- SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, Boston, New York, and Washington, DC Metro: $172,400 - $191,500 USD
- All other US Locations: $153,400 - $170,400 USD
- Canada: $175,100 - $194,600 CAD
The ranges displayed reflect the target for new hire salaries, and within each range, individual pay is determined by your skills and experience, as well as relevant education. Your recruiter can share more and answer questions about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Salary is just one component of Quo’s total compensation package. Your total rewards package will include equity, extensive medical coverage, a monthly lifestyle stipend, and a flexible PTO policy.
