The Finance Team @ Pave

Finance at Pave is a lean, high-impact team driving efficient growth and supporting strategic decisions across the business. On the Finance team, you will help build the reporting infrastructure, analytics frameworks, and cross-functional partnerships that enable Pave to scale. You will collaborate with various departments and leadership across a wide range of projects, making a profound impact on the business. We are searching for analytical and passionate individuals hungry to make an impact at Pave.

What You'll Do

  • Own core FP&A responsibilities including monthly budget vs. actuals reporting, financial modeling for planning cycles, and SaaS metrics tracking
  • Drive strategic finance projects including unit economics analysis, pricing & packaging optimization, and funnel measurement to inform key business decisions
  • Support cross-functional teams with financial analysis and insights to drive better decision-making across the business
  • Maintain and improve finance systems and processes to support accurate reporting, efficient workflows, and company scaling

What You'll Bring

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, and / or private equity
  • Strong financial modeling skills and basic accounting knowledge, ideally with exposure to SaaS business models
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with expertise in Google Sheets / Excel and experience synthesizing large datasets via spreadsheets, slides, docs, and business analytics tools
  • Self-motivation with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Extreme attention to detail and commitment to producing consistently accurate work
  • Desire to learn and grow; comfort with ambiguity and excitement to tackle problems you haven't solved before
  • Nice to have: Experience with common finance systems (accounting, spend management, billing, CPQ, CRM, etc.)

Compensation, It's What We Do.

Salary is just one component of Pave's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity, top-notch medical, dental, and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and many other region-specific benefits. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. This salary range may include multiple levels.

The targeted cash compensation for this position is (level depends on experience and performance in the interview process):

$93,500 - $110,000
