Who We’re Looking For

  • Takes full ownership of quality assurance efforts across manual and automated testing workflows
  • Designs, builds, and maintains automation frameworks to support platform scalability and feature stability
  • Defines QA strategies for platform services, APIs, data pipelines, and UI workflows
  • Works closely with platform, product, and data engineering teams to ensure test coverage and reproducibility
  • Brings rigor to performance testing including stress, load, and integration tests
  • Ensures high test coverage and defect prevention through clear requirements analysis and proactive collaboration
  • Investigates production issues, triages bugs, and improves overall test reliability
  • Writes clear, maintainable test cases that evolve alongside our services and infrastructure
  • Champions continuous improvement and scalable quality practices across the team

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in software QA, with a strong blend of manual and automation testing
  • Proficiency with writing automated tests in modern frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
  • Experience testing backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, SQS)
  • Strong SQL and database validation skills, including hands-on experience with ORMs
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, k6)
  • Ability to write test plans and strategies for complex systems and data flows
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows and quality gates in build pipelines
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle in Agile environments
  • Excellent communication and debugging skills
