The Executive Assistant Role

We are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Go-To-Market leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong sense of initiative, and a deep understanding of revenue organization operations. You will manage complex and high-volume calendars for sales and customer-facing leaders, coordinate customer engagements and internal planning sessions, and ensure our GTM executives have the resources and focus needed to drive revenue growth. This role will primarily support the leaders of SLG Sales, Strategic Market Engagement, and pre-sales teams, serving as their trusted partner in managing field team coordination, customer logistics, and cross-functional GTM activities. You will anticipate organizational needs while demonstrating the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy in this fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage calendars for revenue leaders, balancing customer meetings, internal forecast reviews, pipeline sessions, and field team touchpoints while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Understand the rhythm of sales organizations, including quarterly planning cycles, deal reviews, and customer engagement priorities. You can distinguish between a pipeline call that cannot be moved and a meeting that can be rescheduled without business impact.
  • Coordinate complex, multi-city travel for customer visits, industry conferences, and regional team meetings. You think three steps ahead about logistics, preparation materials, and follow-up coordination.
  • Support field-facing leaders who operate across multiple time zones and regions. You can seamlessly coordinate across Sales, Pre-Sales Technical, Innovation, and Strategic Engagement teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership by forecasting their needs—developing customer meeting materials, supporting QBR readiness, and driving alignment with Revenue Operations and Deal Desk teams.
  • Take ownership of the details that allow executives to focus on customers and revenue growth, from expense management to event logistics for Sales Kickoffs, President's Club, and customer engagements.
  • Maintain strong connections and relationships with regional sales teams, cross-functional partners, and executive stakeholders while keeping a pulse on team morale and key achievements worth celebrating.

What We Look For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in revenue organizations (Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or related GTM functions) within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience coordinating heavy travel and complex logistics, particularly for customer-facing activities and field team engagements.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Expert-level expense management capabilities and familiarity with typical GTM budgets (travel, events, customer entertainment).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels, from field sales teams to C-suite executives.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with absolute discretion, particularly around sensitive deals, forecasts, and personnel matters.
  • Experience with sales tools and systems (Salesforce, Clari, or similar platforms) is a strong plus.
  • Experience in startup, high-growth environments preferred.
  • Ability to work in person four days per week in one of our office hubs (New York City or Washintgon, D.C.)

Salary Range: $135,000 - $170,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here.
