Executive Assistant to the CRO & CFO
Location: San Francisco- Hybrid (M, T, TH)
In the spirit of collaboration and fostering a positive culture, we are seeking an energetic and adaptable Executive Assistant to support both our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role requires you to be onsite at our San Francisco office (333 Bush Street) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, which are our designated office days.
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will help build, refine, and deliver top-tier leadership support for our CRO & CFO. You will be responsible for a variety of initiatives aimed at supporting the CRO & CFO’s effectiveness. We’re looking for a positive, empathetic, and optimistic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. A decisive problem-solver and “get it done” person who excels at building relationships and connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Oversee a dynamic, ever-changing calendar, including booking both domestic and international travel. Additional calendar support may be needed for our Senior GTM Leaders.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage internal and external meetings, including team meetings, departmental off-sites, and one-on-ones.
- Candidate Support: Provide coordination support for candidate interviews as needed.
- Time Management: Handle multiple time requests, using strong judgment to prioritize.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
About You:
- Education & Experience: BA/BS or equivalent experience with 4+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in calendar management. Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and Navan is required (or the ability to quickly learn these tools).
- Attributes: A proactive, creative problem-solver who can anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong self-starter who maintains high confidentiality. Ability to adapt to ambiguity and flexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessary.
- Nice to have: You have a knack for project management, or you’re eager to build that skillset further!

The expected base pay range for this position in the SF Bay area is $120,000 - $161,200. In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible for competitive equity awards, and benefits.
Productboard's pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
