What you'll be doing
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecast
- Provide monthly financial analysis on business performance and sales forecast for management review
- Prepare monthly KPI and operational metrics for investors and other stakeholders
- Perform margin analysis and departmental variance analysis and lead discussions with department leaders on risks, opportunities and efficiencies
- Develop and maintain models to assist in operations and growth decisions
- Assist in system implementation or improvements
- Work closely with the accounting team on the month end close
- Assist in the implementation of a new forecasting tool for operations
- Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects
What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with NetSuite and experience in franchising and retail is a big plus
- Analytical, self-motivated, and have good communication skills and a fast learner
- Experience working with remote teams
