About The Role
Our Sales Team is growing, and we are looking for a class of Business Development Representatives to join our Restaurant Partnerships team. This team is critical to the business’s success, and our BDRs are on the front lines—creating the first touchpoints with future restaurant partners and driving top-of-funnel growth. In this role, you'll help Seated expand across the country by reaching out to some of the best restaurants and setting the stage for successful partnerships. We're still a small team, and we're looking for curious, high-energy, and self-motivated people to help us scale. This role is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to grow into a career in sales.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and connect with restaurants across the country to introduce them to Seated
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to targeted leads daily
- Generate qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team by setting high-quality meetings
- Manage your pipeline using CRM tools and follow-up strategies to stay organized and efficient
- Implement creative outreach strategies to break through the noise and get attention
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Ops, and the Restaurant Experience team
- Contribute to the continual refinement of our outreach process and messaging
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs tied to outreach and meeting generation

- Have a passion for SMB and restaurants or a restaurant background is a big plus—but not required.
