You will join the Secoda design team as a Brand Designer supporting our Sales and Marketing teams with marketing assets and sales collateral. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual representation of our brand and products.

Your creative talent and attention to detail will be instrumental in crafting compelling designs. You will work closely with our existing design team, cross-functional teams, including product managers, sales, and marketers, to ensure that the design elements align with our brand identity and effectively communicate the value of Secoda to our target audience.

What you will be doing:

  • Design and develop marketing assets including website graphics, landing pages, email templates, and social media visuals to support campaigns, product launches, and communications.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to evolve our Webflow site, designing and building new pages that align with product updates and strategic initiatives.

  • Create engaging multimedia content, including motion graphics and short-form videos, to showcase product features, support monthly announcements, and bring campaigns to life.

  • Own and evolve Secoda’s brand identity, maintaining and expanding our visual guidelines across digital, print, and physical environments.

  • Design immersive event experiences, from branded booths and merchandise to interactive installations for flagship initiatives like Data Royale and MDS Fest.

  • Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals, helping our audience understand Secoda’s value across sales, product, and marketing touch-points.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams, bringing strong communication skills and creative leadership to a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience as a Designer (3-5+ years industry experience), with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in product interface design and marketing materials.

  • Proficiency in design software, particularly Figma, Webflow and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for motion graphics).

  • Strong command of typography, colour theory, and composition in both product and marketing design contexts.

  • Experience in designing brand assets for SaaS products or technology-related projects

Hybrid Office Policy (Tuesdays, Thursdays + every other Friday)

We have a beautiful office in Liberty Village and work in a Hybrid schedule with Tuesdays, Thursdays and every other Friday as our in-office days. We provide lunch for our team every other Friday.

We believe time together in person is valuable and important. We host ample social opportunities and encourage employees to attend team off-sites and events (dinners and game nights) as well as a yearly 4-day retreat.
