SecurityPal AI is a Cybersecurity Assurance Management Platform founded in 2020 that combines AI with certified security and GRC experts to manage a wide range of security workflows, including security questionnaires, vendor assessments, audits, compliance, and Trust Centers. The platform helps organizations accelerate trust, reduce friction, and streamline every aspect of the cybersecurity assurance lifecycle.

Today, we serve a diverse range of customers, from high-growth startups to publicly traded enterprises, including industry leaders such as OpenAI, Figma, and Grammarly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-User Support:
    • Provide Level 1 IT support for Windows and macOS devices
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (device setup, access provisioning, asset tagging)
    • Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset inventory
  • Network & Infrastructure Support:
    • Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN connectivity
    • Troubleshoot network issues related to switches, routers, and access points
    • Support and monitor Wi-Fi infrastructure (Access Points)
    • Assist in firewall configuration support and monitoring
    • Monitor and troubleshoot basic server-related issues
    • Support CCTV systems and ensure camera uptime and recording functionality
    • Assist in managing physical access control systems
  • Security & Operations
    • Follow security best practices in system configuration and user access
    • Support patching and update processes for endpoints and servers
    • Escalate incidents appropriately while maintaining ownership
    • Assist in incident documentation and root cause analysis
    • Be available for off-hours support when critical issues arise

Technical Requirements:

    • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and macOS
    • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic network architecture
    • Basic understanding of firewall, server, cctv and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
    • Clear and structured documentations skills

Good to Have

    • CompTIA A+ or equivalent foundational certification
    • ITIL knowledge or certification
    • Exposure to Google Workspace
    • Basic cybersecurity awareness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on IT support experience
