Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Campaign Coordinator to support Sendoso’s Campaign Services and Supply Planning teams. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution of client campaigns, coordinating supply logistics, and managing vendor communications. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Services Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of client campaigns from planning to fulfillment.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on-time campaign launches.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams (CSMs, design, fulfillment) and clients for campaign-related updates and questions.
Supply Planning & Logistics
- Support supply planning efforts by managing item intake, inventory tracking, and restocking workflows.
- Assist with vendor communication to confirm lead times, product details, and production statuses.
- Coordinate product and collateral shipments to Sendoso fulfillment centers.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or campaign support role (preferably in SaaS, logistics, or marketing tech).
- Familiarity with supply chain or fulfillment processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with vendors or third-party fulfillment partners.
- Knowledge of direct mail or gifting campaign workflows.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
