We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity.
SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
About the opportunity:
SentiLink is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CTO to drive execution, operational rigor, and accountability across the Engineering and Data Science organizations.
You will embed deeply in the day-to-day mechanics of the technology team, ensuring priorities are clear, projects ship on time, and the organization scales with discipline. Responsibilities:
-
Drive Execution and Operational Excellence
Translate the CTO’s priorities into clear, trackable initiatives.
Ensure key projects across Data Science and Engineering are progressing on time and aligned with company objectives.
Establish and manage operational cadences, including leadership meetings, roadmap reviews, KPI tracking, board and executive presentations.
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and risks early — and proactively drive resolution.
Improve processes to increase organizational clarity, accountability, and velocity.
-
Cross-Functional Alignment & Follow-Through
Ensure Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams are aligned on priorities and tradeoffs.
Drive alignment on technical priorities, hiring plans, and strategic initiatives.
Track cross-functional dependencies and prevent misalignment.
Ensure effective follow-up and accountability from cross-functional meetings.
-
Provide Strategic & Analytical Support
Synthesize inputs from across teams to support technical and strategic decision-making.
Develop data-driven insights to inform roadmap, investment, and resource allocation decisions.
Prepare high-quality executive materials for leadership discussions and board meetings.
Support long-term planning for the technology organization, including org design and capacity planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years in Engineering, Technical Program Management, Product, or similar execution-heavy roles.

Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution.
High ownership and bias for action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience building or scaling engineering operating processes.
Familiarity with SaaS and/or financial services products.
