How You’ll Make an Impact
As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that nurture customer relationships and drive long-term engagement. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll leverage customer segmentation and behavioral data to create automated, personalized experiences across email, in-app messaging, SMS, and more. Your approach to audience engagement, retention, and upselling will play a key role in maximizing customer lifetime value. Partnering closely with content and product marketing as well as other cross-functional teams, you’ll continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and align lifecycle marketing efforts with ongoing business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Create and optimize multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs, writing and creating compelling campaigns across email, SMS, in-app messaging, push notifications, and more.
- Leverage customer segmentation and behavioral data to design personalized, automated campaigns aimed at increasing retention, engagement, and revenue.
- Implement tactics to reduce churn, increase customer loyalty, and encourage upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Continuously test campaign components (e.g., subject lines, CTAs, creative assets) to improve performance.
- Work closely with Content Marketing Manager to align lifecycle strategies with editorial campaigns and pipeline
What You Bring to the Table
- 3–5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing, preferably in a B2C, e-commerce, or SaaS environment.
- Highly proficient with marketing automation platforms and analytical to translate metrics into actionable strategies using HubSpot, Sigma, and Mixpanel.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization strategies to enhance the customer journey.
- Experience A/B testing and optimizing campaign components (e.g., subject lines, CTAs, creative assets) to improve performance.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email creation
