How You’ll Make an Impact
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic paid media campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will oversee multi-channel advertising efforts, optimizing performance across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and. Your experience in audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative testing will help maximize ROI while maintaining efficient customer acquisition costs. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting, scale new channels, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness to support ongoing business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms, including keyword research, audience segmentation, ad creation, and bidding strategies.
- Ensure consistent performance monitoring, ongoing analysis, and optimization, as well as effective budget management across media channels.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to drive continued improvements in performance and ROI.
- Use platform-specific analytics along with internal reporting and attribution models to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Scale new channels to achieve favorable CAC and ROAS targets in line with business objectives and defined budget goals.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience of B2C and B2B demand generation, with deep knowledge and hands-on management of campaigns and across Google, Bing, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Proficient analytical experience with Sigma, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, a/b testing, and campaign attribution models
- Deep understanding of different ad platforms, algorithms, and formats
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS to create and optimize landing pages
