Marketing Program Manager

Supabase is hiring a Marketing Program Manager to help us scale and systematize our marketing engine. This role is all about execution at the intersection of content, events, campaigns, and partnerships.

You’ll bring structure to creative ideas, manage logistics across teams and vendors, and make sure great ideas actually get shipped. Whether it's coordinating swag for a campaign, managing timelines with our SEO agency, or helping DevRel pull off a great event, you're the glue that keeps it moving.

This is a highly collaborative, highly operational role. You'll work closely with product marketing, growth, DevRel, and creative, while managing external agencies and dotted-line contributors. If you're excited about building behind the scenes, keeping chaos organized, and helping Supabase scale without losing our edge, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational pipeline for marketing campaigns, events, and content

  • Bring structure to cross-functional initiatives through timelines, task management, and deliverables

  • Manage vendors and agency partners across SEO, content, swag, and video

  • Coordinate logistics for DevRel events, hackathons, and product launches

  • Support partner marketing efforts by helping execute early co-marketing campaigns

  • Work with product, growth, and content teams to track deadlines and unblock execution

  • Build systems to ensure repeatability across marketing programs

You might be a fit if you:

  • Have experience running operational workflows across marketing or GTM teams

  • Are highly organized and bring clarity to messy, cross-functional projects

  • Thrive behind the scenes and get satisfaction from helping teams ship

  • Communicate clearly and follow through without needing hand-holding

  • Are comfortable in a startup environment with lots of context-switching and autonomy

Bonus experience

  • Experience with developer tools or open source communities

  • Familiarity with content production, event coordination, or brand campaigns

  • Project management tools like Notion, or Airtable

  • Worked with SEO, content, or creative agencies

  • Ran swag logistics or creative campaign ops (photo shoots, launches, video assets)

Must-Haves

  • Strong project management instincts

  • Attention to detail and timeline management

  • Great communication across async teams

  • Experience coordinating external vendors or freelancers

  • Ability to bring structure to fast-moving initiatives

We offer:

  • 100% remote work from anywhere in the world. No location-based adjustment to your salary.

  • ESOP (equity ownership in the company)

  • Autonomous work. We work collaboratively on projects, but you set your own pace.

  • Health, Vision and Dental benefits. Supabase covers 100% of the cost for employees and 80% for dependents

  • Generous Tech Allowance for any office setup you need

  • Annual Education Allowance

  • Annually run off-sites.

About the team

  • We're a startup. It's unstructured.

  • Collectively founded more than 30 startups.

  • Globally distributed team with more than 30 different nationalities.

  • We deeply believe in the efficacy of collaborative open source. We support existing communities and tools, rather than building "yet another xx".

  • We "dogfood" everything. If you use it in your project, we use it in Supabase.

Process

  • The entire process is fully remote and all communication will happen over email or via video chat.

  • Once you've submitted your application, the team will review your submission and may reach out for a short screening interview over a video call.

  • If you pass the screen you will be invited to up to four follow-up interviews.

  • The calls:

    • usually take between 20-45 minutes each depending on the interviewer.

    • most of the time, are all 1:1.

    • will be with the founders, a member of either the growth or engineering team (depending on the role) and usually one other person from your immediate team or function.

  • Once the interviews are over, the team will meet to discuss several roles and candidates and may:

    • ask one or two follow-up questions over email or a quick call.

    • go directly to making an offer.
