POSITION OVERVIEW

Superplastic is seeking a PRODUCT COORDINATOR for our incredibly fast-growing animated entertainment and product company. The Product Coordinator is responsible for assisting the product department needs from point a to point z and will have the opportunity to assist with DTC sales as well as wholesale accounts, which include many luxury accounts across the world, and will work closely with internal and external teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary support and information, inclusive of sales reports and order processing
• Manage and coordinate E-Commerce product listings, descriptions, and images.
• Assist the wholesale team with coordinating product orders, shipments and delivery timelines
• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all selling channels, ensuring optimal stock levels and margin goals are maintained
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Shopify experience and understanding of the online selling process
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to demonstrate strong collaboration, and initiative, and promote teamwork.
