COMPENSATION $80,ooo to $90,000 USD + Equity and Benefits

Position Overview: As the Product Marketing - Art Director , you will collaborate closely with the Vice President, Marketing + product marketing and creative teams to develop and execute compelling visual concepts across various media to support Superplastic product drops. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for design, strong creative vision, and the ability to translate ideas into captivating visuals (photo, video, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Concept Development: Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for campaigns, projects, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the Vice President, Marketing + product marketing and creative teams to ensure concepts align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  2. Visual Design: Create visually stunning designs for digital, print, and social media platforms, including advertisements, websites, social media posts, and marketing collateral. Ensure all visual content is on-brand, consistent in style, and meets the highest quality standards.
  3. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and other team members to produce cohesive and impactful creative work. Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design ideas and rationale.
  5. Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies. Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, continuously pushing the boundaries of creative excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a design or art direction role, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including digital and print projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, photography, videography, motion graphics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
