SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

Starlink is the world’s largest satellite constellation, providing fast, reliable internet to 2.5M+ users worldwide. We design, build, test, and operate all parts of the system – thousands of satellites and consumer hardware that allows people to connect within minutes of unboxing, and the software that brings it all together. We’ve only begun to scratch the surface of Starlink’s potential global impact and are seeking a talented, self-driven individual for a position as a Communications Manager, Customer Success. As a key member of the Starlink team, the Communications Manager, Customer Success is responsible for the development and implementation of external communication strategies with the goal of educating, supporting, and creating value for customers. To be a successful candidate, you’ll need to develop a deep understanding of the Starlink products, services, and features, and be a strategic thought leader with a can-do attitude. You are a natural verbal and written communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no problem is too great and no detail too small.
