About The Role
We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our Monetization team, where you'll play a critical role in building scalable, high-performance experiences that drive revenue growth. You’ll bridge the gap between design and engineering, crafting innovative solutions for ad formats, subscription models, in-app purchases, and other monetization strategies while ensuring a seamless user experience.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop engaging monetization features. Build and prototype interactive user experiences that balance monetization goals with user delight. Optimize performance, accessibility, and usability across web and mobile platforms. Implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of monetization strategies. Work with data analysts to integrate tracking mechanisms that provide insights into user behavior and revenue impact. Maintain and improve design systems to ensure consistency across monetization components. Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ad tech and monetization.
What You’ll Bring
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. React strongly preferred. Strong experience with UI/UX design principles and design tools like Figma or Sketch. Familiarity with A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and performance optimization. Experience integrating third-party ad networks, payment APIs, or subscription platforms is a plus. Ability to translate business goals into elegant, scalable design-engineering solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Passion for data-driven design and iterating on solutions based on performance metrics.
