About The Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join the Data team and help accelerate our transition to a scalable, well-governed business intelligence ecosystem in Sigma. This role will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Ops, Product, and CX to design and deliver insightful, reliable, and scalable reporting that enables better decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting in Sigma to meet stakeholder needs across the business.
• Functionally migrate key reports from Looker to Sigma, ensuring enhancements in usability, scalability, and governance.
• Work closely with Analytics Engineers to curate and optimize the datasets used for reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions that align with our Common Data Model.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business decisions while balancing long-term scalability.
• Contribute to data governance efforts, ensuring that metrics, definitions, and business logic remain consistent across reports.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI-focused role.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in BI tools (Sigma and Looker preferred).
• Strong SQL skills (ability to query and validate data independently).
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and an understanding of how data flows from ingestion to reporting.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills—able to balance business needs with technical feasibility.
