About The Role

At Overflow, we are seeking a dedicated Triage Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our triage channels, working closely with our engineering team to monitor and address issues as they arise. The Triage Engineer will play a key role in documenting bugs, performing minor bug fixes, and making small modifications to our database, all under the guidance of our experienced team.

• Monitor triage channels alongside other engineers to ensure smooth operations.
• Document relevant bugs and issues for further analysis and resolution.
• Perform small bug fixes to maintain system integrity.
• Make minor modifications to the database as needed.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and address issues.

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Basic understanding of database management and bug tracking.
