About The Role

We're seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing engineering team and help shape the future of digital health. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining our user-facing applications, creating exceptional user experiences, and establishing scalable frontend architecture patterns that will support our rapid growth.

What You’ll Do

• Application Development: Build and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and Next.js
• Component Architecture: Design and implement modular, reusable component systems that promote consistency and efficiency across all products
• API Integration: Work closely with our custom-built backend REST APIs, including reviewing backend source code to understand data structures and optimize frontend implementations
• Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are fast, responsive, and provide excellent user experiences across all devices
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and established patterns
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features that meet user needs and business objectives
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  
  

What You’ll Bring

Requied Quallifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• React Ecosystem: Expert-level proficiency in React, React Native, and Next.js
• Component Systems: Proven experience building and maintaining modular component libraries and design systems
• API Integration: Strong experience working with REST APIs and ability to read and understand backend source code
• JavaScript/TypeScript: Advanced knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend tooling
• State Management: Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
• Testing: Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and practices
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows Preferred Qualifications
• Digital Health Experience: Previous experience working in digital health, healthcare technology, or regulated industries
• Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient privacy requirements (HIPAA), and healthcare data standards
• Mobile Development: Additional experience with native mobile development or cross-platform frameworks
• Performance: Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools
• Accessibility: Knowledge of web accessibility standards and implementation
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
