About The Role
Join Digible as a Senior Software Engineer, where you will play a key role in building and delivering high-quality software solutions that power our products and services. As a member of a product team, you will work closely with peers across Product, Design, and Engineering to break down ambiguous problems and drive projects to completion. In this role, you will Translate complex, ambiguous business problems into well-structured technical tasks and solutions that prioritize customer impact where appropriate. Break down larger projects into sub-components, creating opportunities for less-experienced engineers to contribute and grow. Deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software in line with business needs and customer expectations. Collaborate closely with teammates and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and alignment with goals. Contribute to a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning. What You’ll Do
Write, review, and ship high-quality, maintainable code. Break down larger initiatives into smaller tasks, delegating appropriately to team members. Collaborate with Product and Design partners to ensure solutions align with customer and business needs. Implement and uphold engineering best practices across coding standards, testing, observability, and security. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring reliability and performance. Participate in and contribute to technical discussions, helping drive effective solutions.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript-based web stacks (Node, TypeScript, React, etc.). Experience with cloud services such as AWS or GCP. Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity. Proven ability to break down complex technical projects into manageable parts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring a customer-focused lens when appropriate.
