About The Role
We are seeking a qualified Data & Analytics Analyst to join our team at Ostro.
What You’ll Do
Collect, clean, and analyze datasets from multiple sources to support decision-making. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and business performance. Conduct monthly data analysis, highlighting trends and actionable insights. Create clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs and deliver data-driven solutions. Translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reporting. Stay current on analytics best practices, emerging tools, and industry trends.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or related role. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing datasets. Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting. Experience with at least one analytics/BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Strong knowledge of statistical analysis. Proficiency in creating presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) to share insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with a data transformation tool like dbt. Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline management. Experience with Metabase, Netspring, and Posthog. Experience working in life sciences.
