In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our healthcare platform, ensuring seamless integration with both internal and external APIs.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code. - Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. - Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Postgres. - Experience with external and internal API integrations. - Familiarity with AI coding technologies such as Cursor. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
