About The Role

Super Dispatch is seeking a Senior Product Designer to work within the Supply & Demand team. In this role, you will:

• Design and run experiments to validate pricing and matching value
• Build and evolve core product experiences once value is proven
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics team to shape roadmap decisions
• Partner with other designers to shape Super Dispatch Design System Weʼre looking for a customer-obsessed problem solver who thrives in complexity. You are comfortable with ambiguity, can move quickly from problem to hypothesis to solution, and know when to experiment versus when to invest in durable product design. You care deeply about impact, not just polish. You experiment often, learn fast, and seek impact over perfection
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Understand Super Dispatch product workflows across pricing, matching, and decision moments
• Design and run lightweight experiments to test trust, relevance, and visibility
• Turn successful experiments into production-ready, scalable product experiences
• Design end-to-end flows across Shipper TMS and Super Loadboard and Carrier TMS
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data partners throughout discovery and delivery
• Prototype and test ideas using Figma and AI-assisted tools
• Ensure clarity through thoughtful UX writing, feedback states, and explanations
• Contribute to the Design System as experiments graduate into core product
• Monitor and evaluate success metrics (activation, usage, intent, adoption)
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of professional product design experience, in a product-led environment
• Strong discovery and experimentation skills (research, testing, iteration)
• Strong prototyping skills, able to explore multiple solutions quickly using Figma, and AI-powered tools
• Proven experience shipping and maintaining production SaaS features
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into testable and shippable solutions
• Experience working in cross-functional, product-led teams
• Strong communication and storytelling skills Plus points
• Marketplace, logistics, pricing, or fintech product experience
• Experience evolving early experiments into long-term product capabilities
