About The Role

At Onstage Publications, we are pioneering a fan identity platform for live events, and we are seeking a Lead/Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build a greenfield architecture from the ground up, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL. As a founding engineer, you will have full ownership of the project and the freedom to innovate, making a significant impact on the future of our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement a scalable and robust backend architecture using Node.js and PostgreSQL. - Develop and maintain the frontend components using React and TypeScript. - Utilize AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to enhance development efficiency. - Ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and manage consent processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Take full ownership of the project, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
