Reporting to the Director of Reporting, Analytics & Insights, your primary mission is to accelerate the build-out of our reporting suite within Sigma. You will act as the technical engine supporting four key pillars of the business: Operations, eCommerce, Paid Media, and Retention. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into high-performance, intuitive dashboards that provide our leadership team with real-time visibility and actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
Cross-Functional Reporting Build-out Lead the development of Sigma dashboards across several critical workstreams: •eCommerce: Build site performance dashboards to deep dive into user journeys and conversion triggers. •Paid Media: Develop ROAS and attribution trackers to evaluate spend eiciency across social, search, and video channels. •Retention: Create customer dashboards to monitor purchase behavior and Email/SMS dashboards to evaluate channel performance •Operations: Build visibility into supply chain eiciency, fulfillment timelines, and inventory health. •Sigma Optimization: Ensure workbooks are curated following data best practices. Work with data engineering to ensure appropriate data products exist to meet use cases. •Data Validation: Perform rigorous data audits to ensure parity between Sigma, our data warehouse, and source systems (Shopify, GA4, Netsuite, RugZone, etc.). Stakeholder Enablement: Build "self-serve" functionality within Sigma to empower teams to independently navigate and leverage.
What You’ll Bring
•Sigma Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Sigma Computing (or comparable BI tools like Looker/Power BI). You are comfortable with advanced workbook features, input tables, and complex joins within the UI. •Advanced SQL: Expert SQL skills; you write clean, modular, and efficient code to manipulate large datasets and optimize query performance. •Domain Expertise: Familiarity with metrics across the E-com and product manufacturing lifecycle (e.g., ROAS, CAC, Fulfillment Lead Times, Churn Rate, AOV, COGS). •Analytical Speed: The ability to work in a high-growth "sprint" environment, delivering high-quality, production-ready assets on a compressed 8-week timeline. •Obsessive Detail Orientation: A rigorous QA process; you are the person who catches the "broken formula, the data discrepancy, or the filter logic error before a dashboard is ever presented to leadership. •Data Governance & Documentation: A disciplined approach to data best practices. You don't just build; you document. This includes maintaining data dictionaries, ensuring consistent naming conventions, and creating "source of truth" definitions that align across all departments. Preferred •Modern Data Stack: Experience with Snowflake as the underlying data warehouse. •Candidates in Pacific, Central, or Mountain tme zones
