About BRYSK Solutions, Inc.

BRYSK Solutions is on a mission to help businesses break free from spreadsheets, email chains, and outdated processes. We build custom automation, AI-driven solutions, and no-code applications to help teams move fast, scale efficiently, and work smarter.

We are looking for someone who thrives on problem-solving, rapid execution, and creative solutions to join our team.

About The Role

BRYSK Solutions helps businesses break free from spreadsheets, email chains, and outdated processes. We build custom automation, AI-driven workflows, and no-code applications that allow teams to move fast, scale efficiently, and work smarter. Our focus is operational transformation first - technology is the means, not the end. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can own delivery end-to-end across multiple client engagements. This role sits at the intersection of project management, client advisory, and hands-on systems work. The right candidate is not necessarily a developer, but they are deeply comfortable with structured tools like Notion, Jira, or Monday.com - and that tool fluency is what tells us someone will ramp quickly on the no-code/low-code platforms we build on (Make, Airtable, Softr). You will be expected to use these tools hands-on, not just manage people who do. Our work is ops automation first. We solve business problems with the most efficient solution available - that usually means a well-designed workflow or no-code application. You will work alongside our Solutions Engineers on the majority of active tickets, coordinating delivery while contributing directly.

What You’ll Do

Project Delivery & Client Management • Own multiple client projects from kickoff through delivery, maintaining accountability for scope, timeline, and quality. • Serve as the primary client contact - lead discovery sessions, translate operational pain points into system solutions, and keep stakeholders informed throughout. • Facilitate structured meetings, drive decisions, and surface risks or blockers before they escalate. Execution & Systems Work • Work alongside Solutions Engineers on active tickets - coordinating delivery, contributing where you can, and keeping work moving without bottlenecks. • Break down requirements into clear task plans: what gets automated, what gets built, in what order, and who owns what. • Contribute hands-on using tools like Make, Airtable, and Softr - configuration, workflow setup, and QA are all fair game. • Maintain and improve internal delivery frameworks, documentation, and operational playbooks.

What You’ll Bring

Required • 2-5 years in project management, operations, or a client-facing delivery role. • High comfort with structured tools - Notion, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar. Fluency here is a strong signal you will ramp quickly on what we build with. • Hands-on experience with at least one automation or no-code platform (Make, Zapier, Airtable, or similar), even if self-taught. • Strong communicator who can run a client meeting and write a clear project plan with equal ease. • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating without a playbook. Preferred • Experience with Softr, Glide, Bubble, Xano, or Webflow. • Background in consulting, agency, or operational transformation roles. • Exposure to AI tools or workflow automation in a business context. Growth & Development •Team members work directly on live client systems, building real competencies in automation, AI tooling, and scalable ops design. High performers grow into Delivery Lead or Solutions Architect roles as BRYSK scales.
