At Latica, we are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for making data standardized and reusable, from architecture to production, and developing new features to solve complex data-oriented problems. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including Backend, Data Science, Data Analysis, and Product, to enhance our business analysis capabilities.

• Make data standardized and reusable, from architecture to production • Develop new features and solve complex data-oriented problems from design to implementation • Design, implement and support robust, scalable solutions to enhance business analysis capabilities, identify gaps, and design processes to fill them • Create complex ETLs • Collaborate with Backend, Data Science, Data Analysis and Product teams • Work with our tech stack, including Python, AWS, Elastic, Postgres, Terraform

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering • Experience with ETLs, data pipelines, and big data • 3+ years of experience with Python • Experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS • Experience working with medical data is an advantage • Experience with Apache Airflow or Prefect is an advantage • Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation is a major advantage
