BRYSK Solutions is an operations engineering firm. We work like forward deployed engineers for growing B2B companies: we get deep inside their operations, build production systems, and own them for the long term. That includes AI agents, automations, data pipelines, internal tools, and client portals. Most companies still run on spreadsheets, email chains, and manual work that does not scale. We believe every growing business deserves the kind of systems that used to be possible only with a large engineering team. So we build them, at a fraction of the cost of traditional development. We are not a SaaS company, and we do not sell templates. Every system we build is custom and judged by one thing: **how much time and pain we take off our clients' plates.** Our clients are ambitious teams across North America and Europe. ### **The Role** As a forward deployed software engineer, you will not just write code. You will take a real business problem and solve it. All of it. Think of the work as a pyramid. At the top is what clients touch every day: portals, dashboards, internal tools, and AI agents. Beneath that, automations and AI quietly do the work people used to do by hand. And at the base is the foundation that holds it all up: databases, auth, APIs, MCP servers, sync jobs, and queues. Most people only see the top. You see the whole pyramid. One week, you are building an AI agent that reads documents. The next, you are designing a sync job that moves thousands of records from a third-party API, or shipping a client portal in React. You go deep on the technology so clients never have to think about it.

• Meet with clients to understand how their business runs and where it hurts • Turn those pain points into complete solutions that scale, from the base of the pyramid to the top • Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to move fast, and review everything before it ships • Own your work end to end in our weekly sprint, from first build to client handoff

**Required** • **Big-picture thinking:** you see how the pieces connect before you write a line of code • **Solution design for scale:** proven experience designing full-stack systems that hold up in production • **Problem solving in complex environments:** many systems, messy data, and unclear requirements do not slow you down • Strong hands-on experience across most of the stack below, especially databases, React and TypeScript, automations, and AI APIs • Real experience with agentic coding tools, and the judgment to know when the output is wrong • A can-do attitude and a sense of ownership • Clear communication with both clients and developers **Nice to Have** • Production experience with Cloudflare Workers and Queues • Building MCP servers or AI agents that people use every day • Experience with UI builders like Softr, Glide, Bubble, or Zite • Agency or client-facing experience, especially running discovery calls ### **Our Stack** • **Databases:** Supabase, Xano, Postgres, Airtable, or similar • **Auth:** Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar • **UI builders:** Softr, Glide, Bubble, Zite, or similar • **Frontend:** React, Next.js, TypeScript • **Automation:** Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar • **Cloud:** Cloudflare Workers, Queues, and more • **AI:** AI APIs, MCP servers and tools, agentic coding tools You do not need to know every tool. You need depth in the core and the ability to pick up the rest quickly.
