About The Role

• Support and improve existing internal tools for import and exporting data
• Migrate legacy tools to industry standard best practice for Java servers backend
• Leverage low code platform to provide internal users with automated workflows, replacing legacy developer scripts
• Add automation to existing manual processes
  
  

What You'll Do

• Meeting with developers and internal stakeholders to understand how our existing customer onboarding and data processing tools work to uncover opportunities for improvements
• Creating technical proposals for replacing legacy tools with improved automation and reviewing those proposals with other engineers and leaders
• Implementing the solution and rolling it out to internal stakeholders while collecting their feedback
• Communicating the overall architecture vision for internal tools throughout the organization
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years experience as a software engineer with a focus on Java
• Written and verbal english communication skills
• Expert in Java and Spring Boot
• Github
• Agile software development
• Expert in SQL
• Experience building internal tools and automating workflows
• Experience creating REST APIs
• Creating functional specs based on clear requirements
