What You’ll Do
- Grow and lead a full-stack engineering team with technical excellence and customer obsessiveness as your core principles.
- Deliver amazing high impact platform products integrated within the various verticals of the business.
- Co-own the product vision, metrics and roadmap, partnering with the various cross functional units of the company to drive impact.
- Develop team processes that optimize for experimentation and high product velocity.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to up-level the team towards excellence.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of more in a leadership or management role.
- Strong background in software architecture and development, preferably in platform or SaaS products.
- Proficiency in Python (Django), Typescript (React).
- Strong bias for implementing test-driven practices and code quality standards throughout the team.
- You are highly technical and will not hesitate to do it yourself if needed.
- You have built 0 to 1 products in a fast paced environment and are ready to jump back in to unblock your team at any time.
- Adept with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
