What You’ll Do

  • Drive the quality aspect of the product and support the development teams in their quality efforts
  • Shape the quality strategy for the product in collaboration with the team
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing on quality and testing craft inside and outside the team
  • React, troubleshoot, and resolve operational events, including bugs and incidents.
  • Partner with the Product Managers to define functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Test web applications, databases, and event pipelines to guarantee robust and reliable software products.
  • Utilize test automation tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for our front-end applications.
  • Identify, isolate, and track software defects, collaborating closely with development teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with the global QA team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Appium, Ruby ).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize software quality and delivery speed.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of system health and performance metrics analysis.
  • Collaboration experience with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Testing and maintainability in mind when building and refactoring features.
