What You’ll Do

• Work in a multidisciplinary team to craft the technical and product vision for our revenue and growth org, leveraging dynamic content generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan and execute team strategies, advancing the company OKRs.
• Manage and grow engineers with different specializations, driving the evolution of our engineering practices.
• Manage engineering team’s delivery lifecycle.
• Manage dependencies and expectations, building trust with all stakeholders and delivering on commitments.
• Work hands on with the Engineers in analyzing and solving complex engineering-related issues
• Enjoy working on user-facing products, and language learning is close to your heart.
• Feel comfortable working on experiments and possess a can-do attitude to build MVPs and iterate on them in short cycles.
• Are pragmatic and can establish a good balance between addressing technical debt and ensuring delivery speed.
• Have a track record of shipping frontend applications and are willing to delve into the codebase when necessary.
• Possess excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Have experience growing engineers with diverse skill sets.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in successfully building frontend web applications with ReactJS, NextJs.
• 2+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams. (frontend)
• Experience with serverless and event-driven architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, AWS Kinesis).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres, AWS DynamoDB).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in a cross-functional team.
• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies and programming languages, such as Javascript, PHP.
• A passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
