About The Role

Join Digible as a pivotal Senior Software Engineer, leading one of our teams. Reporting directly to a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in aligning with stakeholders across the organization particularly Product and Design to execute our long-term engineering vision. This includes ensuring the timely delivery of customer-facing SAAS products - a cornerstone of our mission, and contributing significantly to ideation around new products. Your dual focus will be on establishing yourself as a trusted tech lead and championing engineering best practices. This involves driving the adoption of methodologies that ensure the consistent and timely delivery of high quality products. What You’ll Bring

You should have:

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in architecting scalable and dependable systems, leveraging industry best practices.
• Proficiency in modern javascript-based web stacks)Node, TypeScript, React, etc.).
• Deep understanding of system architecture principles and patterns. Hands-on familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience guiding a team through growth phases in small (3-10) to medium (10-50) organization sizes.
• Working knowledge of iterative value-focused delivery methodologies.
