About The Role
We're looking for a Full-Stack Senior Software engineer to help us build a new product from the ground up. You'll work directly with BuildVision CTO and CEO to build a cutting-edge supply chain management platform for the largest construction companies in the United States.
Our mission is to save our customers billions over the next 10 years by making it easier to identify, procure and track the largest mechanical and electrical components needed in every building.
Key to achieving that mission is building a great software platform and a great engineering team. As one of our first technical hires, you will be involved in building both from the very beginning!
We’re looking for an experienced engineer who is excited to take on new technical challenges, as well as explore the various other opportunities at an early stage company. There’s always more to do than just write code and we encourage our engineers to take part in developing best practices, business processes and generally making our team more efficient.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Build full-stack features end to end.
- Build React UI components
- Backend API routes
- Design database schemas and migrations
- Set up architecture in AWS
- Set up CI/CD in GitHub
- Set up automated monitoring and alerting
- Code and PR reviews
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with Node, Typescript and React
- Experience with SQL and AWS
