About The Role
As a QA Engineer, you will partner closely with engineers and product team members to understand the feature roadmap and develop comprehensive testing plans with supporting test cases, while understanding the common and platform-specific mobile development issues to anticipate issues.
What You’ll Do
Participate in product review and design review Design comprehensive test cases according to product requirements and test plans, while being able to identify edge cases Execute against testing plans, keeping clear defect logs, and adding all required evidence to bug tracking tools to help developers understand issues and narrow down root cause Complete product integration test, system test, comprehensive test of product interface, function, performance, etc. Cooperate with R&D personnel for function debugging Execute release testing quickly and accurately, keeping communication and reporting timely so the team can hit its scheduled releases Execute our automated UI tests locally and through our CI system Lead and/or participate in manual regression testing sessions for Android and iOS app Log bugs in Jira and follow up with engineering for resolution Create automated UI test using mobile test development tools such as Espresso and XCTest
What You’ll Bring
University degree or above, major in Computer Science or similar More than 3 years of testing experience in the software industry, familiar with iOS and Android mobile terminal testing, familiar with software testing procedures, bug management tools Master various software test control (dynamic test control, performance test tools, etc.) Knowledge of client network communication over HTTP/REST and experience monitoring network traffic Experience with Advertising SDK testing is a plus
