About the Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Terminal will help us find the highest quality candidates for our partner customers across a broad spectrum of technical skills and experience. You’ll create an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the interview process. You will be part of our core recruiting team, helping to allow us to deliver quality at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruitment of technical positions across multiple levels of seniority, multiple companies, and multiple locations
  • Collaborate with customers, hiring managers, and Talent teams to deeply understand hiring needs
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Terminal and each customer company to candidates
  • Serve as the expert for new customer roles, providing detailed guidance and calibration to the internal TA team, including sourcers, coordinators, and managers.
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate key initiatives within the talent team that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
  • Create and own a positive candidate experience, and proactively provide candidates with the correct information to help them make the best decision
  • Coordinate closely with talent team members regarding our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis
  • Leverage analytical skills, data, and tools to guide planning and execution against key business objectives
  • Embody, as an ambassador, the values, mission, and story of Terminal in Latin America

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience
  • 4+ year minimum of technical recruiting experience
  • An established network of software engineers, QAs, DevOps, and other product development professionals
  • Proven track record of assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume
  • Experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline of candidates for consideration
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing in Latin America
  • Experience in helping scale an early-stage team
  • Business-level fluency in English
