About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and help drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with at least 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on events, content execution, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute executive dinners and marketing events, ensuring seamless logistics, targeted guest outreach, and post-event follow-up to drive business impact.
- Upload and manage marketing content in our CMS, collaborating with our content creator and designer to ensure high-quality execution.
- Assist in managing marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment across teams.
- Work closely with sales, partnerships, and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Support reporting and analytics efforts to measure marketing success and optimize future initiatives.
What You Bring (Must-Have Skills & Experience)
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or marketplace businesses.
- Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events, including vendor management, project management, and internal and external communications.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Storyblok) for publishing marketing content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, Mailchip).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools to track marketing performance.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma) to support content creation efforts.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices.
- Spanish language proficiency, as some marketing work may involve coordinating B2C efforts to recruit candidates from Latin America.
