About the team + role

As a member of Robinhood's Marketing Technology team, you'll play a key role in helping us build and support a world class Marketing Technology stack and team.

Robinhood has historically been an app-first experience for users. As our suite of products evolves, there is a need to invest in optimizing our web-based experience.

As the Senior Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization, your main focus will be to refine and enhance our website's construction and performance within the broader marketing technology framework. You'll apply your expertise in data analysis, user behavior, and conversion optimization techniques to build a best-in-class web optimization program to optimize our website's performance and effectiveness. Your role will involve close collaboration with product marketing, performance marketing, design and engineering teams.

What you’ll do

  • Own and develop an ambitious and detailed website testing and personalization program
  • Design and drive the technical requirements for site optimization and transformation via scalable web publishing, optimization and personalization.
  • Sit in the cockpit of our website CMS and implement changes to website and landing page layout and experiences
  • Provide strategic thought leadership of website redesign optimizing for conversion
  • Conduct multiple A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion, product adoption, and other important measures.
  • Define and own the critical metrics and reporting infrastructure for our logged out web experience.
  • Communicate testing plans and significant outcomes to audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams, including Performance Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Engineering and Product, to create a seamless first-touch → website → conversion funnel experience.
  • Make a visible impact on how users experience Robinhood

What you bring

  • 6-8 years of professional experience in conversion optimization, product management, growth product, growth marketing, or other data-driven field
  • Robust CMS experience is required
  • Owned and/or implemented a website optimization stack (CMS, A/B testing, Analytics Personalization)
  • Proven ability to achieve statistically significant increases in conversion rates on fast-growing, consumer-oriented tech platforms.
  • Experience with analysis and data tools (SQL, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
